02 / CHOOSE LOCATION
Once your retainer is paid, I will send you my location guide! I have over 15 locations to choose from. Don’t see something you like? I’ll make sure we find the perfect spot for you! Please keep in mind what outfits you will be wearing that will complement the location.

03 / CREATE THE MAGIC
Once you have filled out your questionnaire (with as much detail as possible), signed the contract, paid the retainer, and chosen the location, we are good to go! I will send a confirmation email the week of the session along with an invoice with the remaining balance. And that's it!
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME?
2 weeks is my average turnaround time on full galleries. Births and weddings can take up to 4 weeks to be completed. But trust me! It’s always worth the wait.

WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
In the event that the client requests to reschedule its session the retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session provided that notice is given at least 3 days prior to the scheduled photoshoot. The rescheduled session must be within 2 weeks of the original session date.

No, I do not! A lot of the magic happens in the editing. My work doesn’t feel complete straight out of the camera, and I don’t feel like it represents my name or brand.

I can’t quite put into words how wonderful our experience with Rachel was. We live on the East Coast and booked Rachel for a vacation shoot. She made the process so easy, from booking and location ideas, to creativity of shots, posing direction, and offering a fast turnaround during a very busy season. And those are just the logistics!
